Our Weight Lifting Workouts

Here is my weight training program that we are doing at school.

LOWER BODY:
Squats
Leg Curl
Leg Ext.
Lunges
Adductor
Abductor

UPPER BODY:
Bench
Lat Pull Down
Seated Row
Front Fly
Pull Up
Bicep Curl
Tricep Ext.

We have sprinters do upper body one day and throwers do lower and then the next day we switch. Its really fun plus I am getting stronger. I will be toned by December...
