So... my hip has been hurting for about two weeks now and my mom finally took me to see the doctor on Saturday. It turns out I strained and inflared it (something like that). Now I can't workout for TWO WEEKS! That means I am probably going to miss the Valencia track meet next Thursday. I think I can start running next week because it doesn't hurt as much now.
Anyway I have still been doing my ab work and doing things that don't concern my hip.
